I have found a number of lovely cast silver polar bears online of about the same size and to which it bears a close resemblance

I especially love the tin foil windows, framed and paned in black paint on one side, and the carved and silver painted "Drover Hotel" sign hanging out front, spelled without an "e" and plus an "s" on the reverse side.
