Aware that training’s main goal is to promote the development of human capital, leading to improved employee performance, ATM has been increasingly investing in the professional training of its employees. A reflection of this is that 2022 saw the highest number of training hours since 2016.

An Added-Value Service

ATM Academy was established in 2022 with the initial goal of training its employees. However, it is poised to become a training platform open to the market, allowing partners and customers to use it to update knowledge, acquire new skills, prepare new teams, or retrain and reskill employees.
