ATM – Assistência Total em Manutenção S.A. is the company that uses ATM - Manutenção Total (Total Mantenance) as a trademark and which resulted from a merger process, carried out in March 2016, between ATM – Assistência Total em Manutenção and Efacec – Serviços de Manutenção e Assistência, accumulating resources, know-how how and experience of these two companies.

With more than 600 direct employees, ATM is a reference company in the field of multidisciplinary Maintenance and Engineering in Portugal and Spain.

We are present in leading companies in various economic sectors, providing preventive and corrective maintenance services, conservation, repair, rehabilitation and management of installations, systems and equipment.

We work in domains as diverse as energy and transport networks, industrial installations, military, health facilities or other complex installations.

1991

ATM Foundation - Total Assistance in Maintenance

Company founded to provide maintenance services at the industrial center of Quimigal, in Barreiro and later nationwide.

1992

Foundation within the Efacec Group of the unit that would give rise to Efacec SMA, as the driving force behind the maintenance activity.

2005

Acquisition of ATM by the Efacec Group.

2016

Merger of EFACEC - Serviços de Manutenção e Assistência with ATM - Assistência Total em Manutenção S.A., forming the
